Niquette S. Channer is a seasoned quality professional with more than 20 years of experience in quality and manufacturing covering the gambit of the processes in the Quality Management System. She is committed to positively impacting patient outcomes by providing strategic guidance, comprehensive audits, and tailored solutions to ensure that our clients meet all regulatory requirements needed to support a quality culture, and deliver safe and effective medical devices to the market. With a deep understanding of industry regulations, standards, and best practices, she aims to be a trusted partner for medical device manufacturers worldwide, helping our clients navigate the complex landscape of quality assurance and regulatory compliance.

Roma McKenzie-Campbell was a Signal Engineer at the beginning of her career.  Later on, as a project manager and senior project manager, she contributed to projects such as the Orange Line Haymarket North Extension Signal Replacement and the Green Line Flood temporary signal system. With 24 years at MBTA, she worked on documentation for the Federal Transit Administration, supervised consultants and contractors, handled budgets, evaluated and negotiated both changes and contracts, and ensured departmental coordination.  All phases of her involvement included project planning, design, and construction oversight and project commissioning.

Dezyre Akins is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts – Amherst, with a degree in Chemical Engineering, concentrating in Biochemistry.  Dezyre has four years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.  Dezyre has developed expertise in optimizing production processes, enhancing safety protocols, and developing sustainable practices.  She is known for her innovative solutions to complex challenges, excellent analytical skills, and a strong commitment to quality and safety. Her contributions have been pivotal in streamlining operations and improving product quality in her present role.

Clifford Campbell is an experience mechanical engineer with over twenty-five years of experience in the mechanical engineering industry. He is an expert in diagnosing electrical contact issues in mechanical systems. At our consultancy, he leads initiatives to identify and resolve the root causes of electrical contact failures, employing advanced testing and analysis techniques for precise diagnosis. His work spans across material defects, design flaws, and operational stresses, ensuring enhanced system reliability for our clients. Clifford's contributions are pivotal in areas ranging from consumer electronics to safety-critical systems, where electrical integrity is crucial.
